July 2011 - Rowcliffes' half year sales and lettings results
Rowcliffes is pleased to announce that in the half year period January –June 2011, the total value of housing stock sold and let by the company was £31,650,000.

Michael Sharples (Managing Director of Rowcliffes) commented;

“we are very pleased with these half year results in market conditions which are still difficult due to the on going problems in obtaining debt and economic challenges in general. We are especially proud of maintaining our position as the leading Independent Estate Agent in the High Peak area. These results prove that priced correctly demand, for both houses to buy and let, remains at an expected level in the High Peak area although total numbers of transactions are significantly lower, compared to the peak of the cycle in 2007. This result represents an excellent performance for our customers and is a testament to the professionalism and hard work of all our staff here at Rowcliffes.”
